I'm dying to have a diet coke with my lunch, or just something sweet to drink - I dont' know what to do! what can I drink, I have already finished my black coffee (which I hate) and one gallon of water! I plan to drink more water, will the diet coke mess me up? I'm on my first week back on 4HB.

I know the book states that I can't have cream in my coffee but does anyone have a suggestion as to something that I can put in it that resembles cream?? Are any of the Cremora products an option or maybe some other substitute? I love my coffee but I hate black coffee : (
