Believe it or not, until I had pictures taken I could NOT see any change in myself. The scales and the tape measure said I was changing but I just couldn't "see" it. I really recommend taking pictures like these to confirm. Start Date December 29th 2010 - weight 93.3 kg (205.6lbs) - body fat % 45.3 (horrifying!) Pictures ta...

Is there a way of being half on/ half off the diet? I want to remain at the weight I am, not lose anymore, and definetely not gain anything. Is there a way of doing this ?

I have not been active on the site as much in the past few weeks, but I have been spying a lot. I have been eating a LOT more recently, I've been coming up to anywhere between 2000 and 2700 calories a day, and still having occasional cheat days (from which I don't gain as much anymore, and it comes off within 48 hours pr...

I am literally 1/4lb from my goal, and honestly I really don't think I need or want to continue, if I lost anymore I would start to look sick.. And my BMI is 19.5 so I really don't think getting down to 130lbs would be a very good idea at all, even though I was 124lbs in July, I am older and still growing, so my current weig...

This past week I stumbled upon a pretty fantastic technique for improving duration during sex. (You'll never look at the monkey waving around his firecracker stick the same way again) I have found that by focusing my mind on something (almost anything) aside from the current situation, I was able to hold off on the org...

So, I'm posting these here as an incentive to get my arse straight into gear again after indulging over the week in lieu of my time of the month. As you can see, there is very minimal change in the photographs after four weeks, and I have lost very little on the scale (2lbs). However, I think that this is because a) I have...

As I mentioned before the people living in my country tends to be damn negative, when something great happens they tend to find some answer of why that great thing could not work with them, or something to disprove it, and when something bad happens then "that's reality", yeah it sucks, it took me long time to get rid of tha...

I'm a big believer in the 'pro greens' movement, you know, those dark green 'Superfood' supplements that are popping up everywhere. Why? Not because I think it's healthy, but because it lets me trick myself into believing I don't have to eat vegetables anymore! A glass a day keeps the broccoli away! Just kidding, but serio...
