Not sure about kimchi chips but their regular kimchi is awesome. So are their steamed lentils in the prepared food aisle. Both are staples for me.
I lost 40 pounds using that app. I'm obsessed with it. I've been using it since last September and log everything I eat.
This diet is so full of contradictory info. It's kind of annoying.
When you say zest do you mean the entire skin?
From what I've read nuts are allowed in small amounts. Almonds are really good and I've become obsessed with almond butter. I think Brazil nuts are good too. I've been having two tablespoons before bed every night.
