Paleo is not the fruit but lots of green vegies and starchy vegies post glycogen-depleting exercises. Fruit no good if you want to lose fat. You can have fruit on Paleo but limited amounts. Its more about animal protein and fats plus good amount of vegies.
Jerky is considered a low carb snack so it would be fine to have. There are good paleo brands.
I presume 1 TBSP is 15mL in America and this is the amount Tim means. In Australia a tbsp is bigger it's 20mL.

Where did you read women stop having their monthly visitors if they don't do cheat day? Usually it happens if their body fat percentage gets too low. I think just one cheat meal should suffice just to keep you from eating crap during the week.

Not sure what you could do unless you take some kind of natural diuretic that may help. You are quite heavy so with weight loss this issue may pass. You could try elevating your legs higher to encourage blood flow away from your ankles.

What was your original cholesterol that got you on statins? I think statins are given out too freely by doctors and do not show much benefit but a lot of side-effects. What are your numbers now?
