This is more of a Before/During than Before/After cuz I'm nowhere near finished! Starting Weight 12/15/10 - 429 Todays Weight 07/10/11 - 328.8 I have 4HB to thank for it. i discovered that I feel 100% better the day after binge day if I eat 100-200gr prunes (depending on body size) as my last snack on binge day. when i started the SCD 5 days ago, I weighed 129 pounds, know I weigh 126.4 pounds, which is 2.6 pounds of weight loss per 5 days. I'm female, 5"3 inches. is this normal, or should i be pulling bigger numbers?
