Is or has anyone else tried only doing SCD breakfasts? I have been following Tim's first suggestion about swapping only breakfasts for SCD foods- and I usually can stick to an SCD lunch too. Interested in hearing others' results using this tactic. Thanks!

Just starting the SCD and having a bit of trouble getting down the veggies. Years of bad diet have conditioned me to really hate eating them. I like V8 with a dash of Tabasco, though. Would that count as my vegetable, or is there some other easy way to drink the veggies?

Why no exercise for the first 8-12 weeks?

I have listened to nearly every speaking even Tim has done and read all 3 books and the one question I have now is why no exercise for the first 8 to 12 weeks of SCD? He mentioned this in the google authors speech as well as some others. Anyone know?

I started the SCD and I just love legumes. They make me feel good because they stabilize my blood sugar. I wonder if it is possible to eat around 300 or 350 grams of lentils a day. thank you!!
