Easy and delicious! I used pesto on the crust and then loaded it up with vegies. I used a little cheese in the crust to make sure it came out crispy, but I didn't put cheese on top. To make cauliflower rice: boil cut up cauliflower, drain, put in food processor till it looks like rice! I use pesto with no nuts, or use low ca...

...the food that drops off your fork discovers a previously non-existent gap to fall BETWEEN your boobs and further down inside your top!!! It's a silly milestone, I know, but I feel like it's a major triumph. I no longer have a 'shelf' on my chest to catch everything!!!! Anyone else got a personal milestone story?

i discovered that I feel 100% better the day after binge day if I eat 100-200gr prunes (depending on body size) as my last snack on binge day. Tim suggest using caffeine as a mild laxative, but that doesn't work for me. I hate feeling bloated and sluggish post binge day and prunes have seemed to fix that problem. They elimi...

This is my second time around, the first time seemed like cake compared to this time. I have tried over and over and can't seem to stick to it for very long. It's very discouraging, I know it's ultimately up to ME to make the change....but for people who have struggled then eventually stuck to it, what made the difference?? ...

Laura, I think that it's great that you've seen some great results. It's also apparent that you're really into helping people get on the right path after stressing the importance of taking pictures along the way after the blip with the metadata on your "before" picture. However, I'm a fan of full transparency and disclosure...

Today I officially made the 30 day mark on the plan. I understand that Tim says the program kicks in for women between week 4 and 5. I am a 52 year old women, 5'1"....

Believe it or not, until I had pictures taken I could NOT see any change in myself. The scales and the tape measure said I was changing but I just couldn't "see" it. I really recommend taking pictures like these to confirm. Start Date December 29th 2010 - weight 93.3 kg (205.6lbs) - body fat % 45.3 (horrifying!) Pictures ta...

Added 120 Day Update 120 Days Later Here is my pic at day 75. I weighed in at 180 lbs when I took the photo. That is down from 220 lbs. So roughly 40 lbs lost. I seem to have settled into a groove as far as the diet and exercise go. I am now doing 80-100 kb swings three times a week. Still working on my left/right imba...

So, I'm posting these here as an incentive to get my arse straight into gear again after indulging over the week in lieu of my time of the month. As you can see, there is very minimal change in the photographs after four weeks, and I have lost very little on the scale (2lbs). However, I think that this is because a) I have...

I completed what I consider to be Round 1 of my 4HB journey. The goal was to drop fat and tone muscle without converting into anything I couldn't maintain long-term. Overall, I was pleased with the results -- and have started Round 2 this week. Stats from Round 1: * Weight: 235.0 lbs. to 201.8 lbs. * BMI: 33.72 to 28.96...

Update 2/3/12 - replaced pictures. Not sure how long it's been off hand, but added the most recent picture. UPDATE!: It's almost 6 months for me now (I just turned 26), and I was actually a bit surprised to realize I've been at it this long. I really am getting comfortable with eating like this and I don't see myself endin...

My husband and I started the SCD journey on April 10th. We are nearly at the end of our 7th week and things have been going well. The hubs is 6'1" and started out at 214 pounds. He is now down to 196 (18 pound loss) and wants to continue on until he reaches 190 (or perhaps even 180 now that he has had so much success!!!) I ...
