I could be missing something, but it seems like there's a contradiction between the slow carb diet and the Chipotle diet. All the mentions of the Chipotle diet have cheese and sour cream - supposed no-no's on slow carb. Can anyone offer some insights? thanks.

I workout first thing in the AM, or it doesn't happen. Can I wait until my workout (usually 30-45 min) is over to eat, or should I eat first? I know I tend to panic a little. Then I up my exercise and start eating less (unconsciously). This just makes the plateau worse since I don't end up eating enough. Going back and reading the book again is helping this time around with staying the course, though. What goes through your head when your weight loss slows down...
